What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to recruit a High Level Teaching Assistant to work within behaviour and especially our Apple Tree provision. The post will suit a colleague who has experience of working with pupils who need nurturing and support on their journey.

Applicants need to be resilient and not phased by a challenge, well organised, resourceful and flexible. They should demonstrate their ability to work with colleagues and children effectively and must enjoy working with young people.
