What skills and experience we're looking for

We are introducing an exciting new role for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) within our dedicated Early Years setting. As our EY HLTA, you will bring a deep understanding of the vital role early communication and foundational knowledge play in a child's development. This varied position also involves supporting the wider school community by providing short-term class cover for staff absence or meetings. We are looking for a positive, adaptable, and calm professional who is genuinely committed to inclusive education. The ideal candidate will thrive in an Early Years environment, possess exceptional organisational skills, and communicate with both clarity and sensitivity. This role would be ideal for someone looking to grow professionally and advance their career.
