  • Be able to complement teacher’s delivery of the curriculum under the direction and supervision of qualified teachers
  • Be able to work collaboratively with teaching staff and share in their responsibility for the development and education of all pupils
  • Use their advanced knowledge and skills when assisting with planning, monitoring, assessing and managing classes
