HLTA- Cover Supervisor job summary

We are seeking to appoint two HLTA-Cover Supervisors to join our team at Elements Academy.

The role is to provide short-term cover across key stages and curriculum in the absence of the class teacher.

To plan, deliver, monitor and review academic interventions to support pupils' needs as identified through baseline assessments and/or My Support Plan or Educational, Health and Care plans.
