We are looking for a new HLTA/Cover Supervisor member to enable us to support growth and learning.   • To ensure effective teaching following the teacher’s planning so children learn as effectively as possible.
  • Clarifying and explaining instructions.
  • Ensuring the resources support the learning and the children are able to use equipment and materials provided.
  • Motivating and encouraging the children as required by providing levels of individual attention, reassurance and help with learning tasks as appropriate to children’s needs.
  • Be interested in a career within the school setting and working with children.
  • Be able to stay calm and objective when presented with unusual or challenging behaviour.
  • Be enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team.
  • Be a confident and clear communicator.
  • Be committed to their development and learning.
