HLTA job summary

Are you a skilled HLTA, ready to make a difference and help our children thrive? We are looking for an experienced HLTA to provide excellent teaching and learning support for the educational and personal needs of our pupils. You will deliver engaging whole-class lessons across the school. You will provide planned cover, ensuring continuity of learning for all classes.

Ideally you will have proven experience of delivering high quality lessons and be confident in planning and assessment, You will be skilled in adapting resources for diverse learners and must be able to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

You should have a recognised HLTA qualification, or the equivalent experience and a willingness to study. You will need the ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate high standards of personal and professional conduct.
