What skills and experience we're looking for

Some of your duties and responsibilities will include supporting the teacher in the delivery of the Early Years Curriculum to children. You will assist in the preparation of activities, ensuring that appropriate materials and equipment are available, and assist in clearing away afterwards. The successful candidate will need to develop strategies to support the learning of all children and develop an understanding of the specific needs of individual children with additional needs. You must be able to meet the pastoral needs of the children, providing praise, comfort, and encouragement.
