What skills and experience we're looking for
1st September 2024 or sooner if possible- HLTA permanent position We are currently seeking to appoint a HLTA full time to work across the Deepcar Primary Federation. This will be predominantly based at Deepcar St Johns CE Junior School Scale 5 £27803 – £30296 pro rata - This post will be for 37 hrs per week 39 weeks per year We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly skilled and passionate staff member to become part of our thriving, friendly schools. The HLTA will cover some PPA sessions across school. Experience with working with children with a range of SEND needs would be beneficial. To work at our schools you will need to: • Be an exemplary classroom practitioner • Have a range of experience working with pupils with special needs including learning difficulties • Have a sound understanding of safeguarding issues • Be able to develop strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents • Work with a range of external professionals • Be committed to raising standards across school • Have the ability to work within a team • Be conscientious and hardworking.
