What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a strong and committed full time HLTA to cover PPA, staff absence and training events. You will work within the agreed framework of supervision to complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities, including planning, preparation and delivering high quality interventions.

The successful person must meet the higher-level teaching assistant standards or equivalent qualification or experience and have literacy and numeracy skills with a good understanding of the national curriculum.
