You must ensure you have the capacity and flexibility to be deployed across the school to provide high quality teaching and learning whilst maintaining strong relationships and behaviour for learning.

Our children are curious learners, who engage readily with their learning, consistently demonstrate our values and want to do their very best. Excellent practices and systems in our school, support children with additional needs to be successful and confident. Our curriculum is world class. Through our global themes, we provide our children with opportunities to make sense of the world they live in, think critically about world issues and to develop an awareness of the impact our actions can have on others.

Teaching and learning is at the heart of our work. Our staff are incredibly committed to their own professional development and regularly undertake research projects to enhance their practice. Along with this, they are warm, engaging and supportive practitioners who make the best colleagues to work alongside.

The successful candidate will be someone who is keen to build on their passion for providing our young people with the very best learning experiences.

We can offer:

  • A happy, vibrant and welcoming school.

  • Motivated children who are excited about their learning.

  • A supportive and forward-thinking leadership team.

  • A commitment to professional development for all staff.
