What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a TA to work with pupils to support them with their learning
combined with an added role of Mid-Day Meals supervisor during the lunchtime.
You will need to be:
Able to use your own initiative
Able to work as part of a team
Imaginative and able to make resources
Interested in working with children who may be experiencing a range of
difficulties
Literate and numerate
The ability to establish a good rapport with children from a broad range of
languages and cultures.
Speech and Language experience
Good Behaviour management skills
The successful candidate must meet the requirements of the person
specification in order to be offered
