Workington Academy are seeking to employ an excellent HLTA who is creative and highly motivated and committed to improving the life chances of their students.
The successful candidate will have a specialist focus on literacy and will be experienced in intervention work with students in both KS3 and 4. They must be enthusiastic about inter-school collaborative working and be committed to continuous professional development, be an experienced classroom practitioner who has a passion for working with children and who holds a HLTA/teaching qualification.
