What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a highly-motivated colleague to join our School, to deliver literacy interventions including small group sessions for students with literacy difficulties, guided reading during English curriculum time and in lesson support with reading. The successful candidate will be flexible, and be able to build good working relationships with students and staff. This role will appeal to people who are considering going into teaching as a career or those who are passionate about working with students who require additional support.

Trinity School in Newbury, West Berkshire, is the lead school in the Newbury Academy Trust; Fir Tree Primary School and Speenhamland Primary School are part of our Trust. We provide an exciting and innovative curriculum for students, as well as many exciting enrichment opportunities. We are a comprehensive school, established in 1999, located on the Northern edge of Newbury. We became an Academy in August 2012.
