Qualities we are looking for:

  • Have a sense of humour
  • Have a ‘whatever it takes attitude’ to remove barriers to learning
  • Experience in working with pupils with a wide range of needs, including those with learning difficulties, autism and ADHD
  • Good communicator and can use your own initiative
  • Have well developed, positive behaviour management skills
  • Able to prepare materials for supporting learners
  • Patient, inspiring, caring and sensitive towards the needs of vulnerable children
