The successful candidate will:
- have a HLTA qualification or equivalent
- have experience of whole class teaching in the primary phase
- be passionate and committed to improving the life chances of our pupils and making a difference;
- be a positive role model who can inspire and motivate; can provide a high level of support to children, catering for their individual needs;
- support and champion the school’s ethos and values; be a team player who is positive and flexible.
