The Trustees of Stramongate Nursery, wish to appoint a friendly, enthusiastic and highly capable HLTA / Nursery Lead with commitment and a thorough practical understanding of the day to day management of our up and coming, busy Nursery / Early Years provision.
Please apply if you:
Hold at least a Level 3 childcare qualification in Early Years
Have two years or more of leadership and management in an early years setting
Have experience and knowledge of working with 0-4 year olds
Are passionate about delivering an inspiring and creative curriculum
Have high expectations and are committed to improving the outcomes and life chances of children
Are committed to inclusion
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Have a strong commitment to teamwork
Can develop excellent relationships with all members of our Nursery community
The children and staff at our well-regarded, happy and caring Nursery are friendly, supportive and welcoming. You will be joining an experienced and motivated team, n to support you and welcome you in your role.
