If you enjoy working with children and would like to join our friendly team, we would love to hear from you.

The role will involve supporting learning in the classroom in a TA role with some teaching cover for classes. These sessions will be planned and resourced by the class teachers.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have at least a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning and preferably the HLTA qualification. Candidates without this qualification must be willing to work towards this
  • Be an experienced and highly effective classroom practitioner within EYFS and/or KS1
  • Have a nurturing and caring approach with relationships prioritised
  • Have a passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning and support the independence and resilience of children with SEND.
