This varied role will involve supporting teaching and learning within the classroom for part of the day, alongside leading and delivering engaging wider curriculum activities throughout the week.
Stradbroke is a vibrant and inclusive learning community of approximately 500 pupils. This includes a large nursery and an Integrated Resource Unit supporting children with complex SEND needs. Following our most recent inspection in summer 2022, the school continues to be judged as Good in all areas. We are now looking for an individual who can further enhance our provision and help us deliver exceptional learning experiences.

- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Works effectively as part of a collaborative and supportive team
- Has an awareness of SEND strategies and a genuine interest in supporting vulnerable children
- Is resilient, enthusiastic, and motivated to make a real difference to the lives of pupils, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds
- A passion for the outdoors
- A recognised Forest School Leader qualification is desired, but not essential – training can be offered to the successful candidate
