💰 Salary: £32,061 - £36,363 (pro rata, depending on experience)

About the Role - HLTA:We are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant who is confident in leading whole-class learning across the primary age range and supporting children’s progress both in and outside the classroom.
As an HLTA at Whitehouse, you will:

Support teaching and learning across the school (from Early Years to KS2), stepping in to lead sessions in the absence of the class teacher.

Deliver planned interventions and small group work tailored to pupils’ individual needs.

Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to enhance the quality of education provided.

Assist in monitoring pupil progress and contribute to planning and assessment.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment where all pupils thrive.
✔ Holds HLTA status or equivalent qualifications (although not essential)
✔ Has proven experience supporting learning across Key Stages.
✔ Is confident leading groups or whole classes independently.
✔ Understands the importance of positive relationships and child-centered practice.
✔ Brings energy, patience, and creativity to every day.
✔ Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
