Home-School Liaison Officer job summary

We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic individual to join our Team.

The primary focus of the role is to work within the Safeguarding and Attendance team, working with families/carers and pupils to improve attendance, and building links between the Academy and home. Working alongside both the Safeguarding & SEMH Lead and the Attendance Engagement Officer, the majority of the day will be spent visiting homes of absent pupils to engage with parents/carers and pupils - to improve attendance and engagement.

Driving licence and use of own car is essential.
