ABOUT US Joseph Norton Academy in Huddersfield is a special academy educating children and young people with complex Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties across Kirklees. We're seeking a passionate and innovative Hospitality Instructor to join our dynamic team.
As our Hospitality Instructor, you'll play a crucial role in inspiring the next generation of culinary professionals. You'll collaborate with students to create and serve delicious, nutritious meals, fostering a love for food and cooking. Your role will involve curriculum development, practical training, and mentoring students to reach their full potential.

THE CANDIDATE
- You will need a varied background in hospitality/ catering, working in education settings would be advantageous.
- Relevant industry qualifications
- Experience in a professional kitchen/ catering environment
- Experience of planning and delivering training
- An interest of working with children/ young people with SEN / SEMH needs
SALARY/ HOURS
Starting salary for this Hospitality Instructor/ Catering Lead role is £29,067 Grade 9 working full time 37 hours per week term time only + amazing benefits working for our Wellspring trust
