House Support Assistant The Redhill Academy Trust Pay Scale, Band 7 Scale point 32 - 36 Actual salary: £17,007 - £18,773 per annum (FTE: £20,191 - £22,287) 37 hours per week – Permanent Term Time Only Required to start as soon as possible We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic House Support Assistant to join our administrative team. The successful candidate will work alongside our Heads of House, as well as the wider school in order to support the academic progress and wellbeing of students in our House system. The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, hardworking, flexible and enjoy working in a busy school environment. To be successful in this role you will have: • English and Maths Grade C (4) or above • Competent with Microsoft Office packages to include Word, Excel and Outlook. • Basic Health and Safety understanding. • Excellent administrative ability, accuracy of work and clear attention to details. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Good organisation and time management skills.
