👩💻 What You’ll Do:
- Help run recruitment and onboarding processes
- Keep staff records up to date and accurate
- Get involved in projects that support staff wellbeing and development
- Learn about employment law, contracts, and how schools manage teams
- Be part of a friendly, supportive central HR team that’s got your back
🌟 What We’re Looking For:
- You’re a great communicator and a good listener
- You’ve got attention to detail and enjoy being organised
- You’re friendly, positive, and open to learning
- You’ve got GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
- You’re ready to commit to a Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship
