HR Administrator job summary
As part of The Wensum Trust, we believe that our shared duty is to help every child to develop into high achieving, confident, healthy, caring and resilient members of their family and community. We want our schools to be healthy environments where both children and staff can develop and where strong, positive relationships are key. Our schools, therefore, practice a relational approach with children, our families and our communities. We are particularly interested in working with people who share Our Qualities; who will work effectively and flexibly as part of a team.
We are seeking to appoint a HR Administrator. This is a busy and varied role which would suit a HR generalist with experience in administration. A CIPD Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential. Supported by the HR Officer the ideal candidate will provide administrative support and basic HR guidance to staff within the Central Team as well as staff across all Trust schools.
The Wensum Trust invests in each employee as an individual and actively encourages self-development amongst our staff community. Being a part of The Wensum Trust’s wider family of schools offers our employees unique experiences and training opportunities that help to develop both existing and new skill sets. We care about bringing together the most able people, to help us achieve our vision of providing a rounded education for children, quality support for their families and opportunities to enrich our communities.
We offer a competitive reward and benefits package to all employees, which includes an annual leave entitlement of 25 days per year as well as generous pension and sick pay schemes, commitment to wellbeing through a 24 hour employee assistance programme, free parking at all sites, as well as enhanced family friendly leave entitlements.
