About this Role
As the School HR Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various human resources functions to support our staff and promote a culture of excellence. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Core Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of human resources administration including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Maintain accurate records of staff information, contracts, and certifications.
Coordinate professional development opportunities for faculty and staff.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and KCSIE regulations.

It is advantageous that applicants have some HR school administration experience and be proficient on Arbor. However, applicants with strong administration experience will also be considered, as full training will be given, but you must have the drive and enthusiasm to learn new skills and be able adapt quickly.
We will consider applicants who wish to work part time hours.
