About the Role

As HR Administrator, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality operational HR service across our schools. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the HR inbox and answering the dedicated HR phone line, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Processing job adverts and supporting recruitment activities, including supporting the interview day and preparing documentation
  • Handling contractual changes and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Updating and maintaining the systems with relevant employee data
  • Assisting with compliance and reporting requirements
  • Providing general administrative support to the HR Team, including filing, data entry, and minute-taking

  • Has strong administrative experience, ideally within an education setting
  • Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is eager to learn and grow within the HR profession
  • Can manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Is confident using digital systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Acts with integrity and professionalism
  • Is a team player
