About the Role
As HR Administrator, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality operational HR service across our schools. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the HR inbox and answering the dedicated HR phone line, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Processing job adverts and supporting recruitment activities, including supporting the interview day and preparing documentation
- Handling contractual changes and maintaining accurate employee records
- Updating and maintaining the systems with relevant employee data
- Assisting with compliance and reporting requirements
- Providing general administrative support to the HR Team, including filing, data entry, and minute-taking
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
- Has strong administrative experience, ideally within an education setting
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Is eager to learn and grow within the HR profession
- Can manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Is confident using digital systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Acts with integrity and professionalism
- Is a team player
