Glebe Farm School is a newly established, purpose-built all-through school located in the thriving community of Glebe Farm. Once fully operational, the school will accommodate up to 1,569 pupils. As part of the Inspiring Futures through Learning Multi-Academy Trust, we are committed to delivering an outstanding 21st-century curriculum to all our pupils.

We are looking for a highly organised and professional HR Administrator to support the delivery of an efficient and compliant HR service within our school.

Key responsibilities:

Manage recruitment administration, including advertising vacancies, interview coordination, pre-employment checks, and contract issuance.

Coordinate onboarding, induction, and probation processes for new employees.

Maintain confidential HR records and the Single Central Record (SCR), ensuring safeguarding compliance.

Monitor absence data, support payroll changes, and respond to HR enquiries professionally and confidentially
