Exciting opportunity

As a member of the central team, the HR Administrator will support schools by delivering high-quality services within the HR team, ensuring compliance and excellence in all areas.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised HR Administrator to take ownership of a wide range of administrative responsibilities. This role will primarily be based on-site at our office in Wolverhampton.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the HR team in managing the day-to-day HR and payroll administration across the Region

  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, payroll processing, leaver administration

  • Maintaining accurate HR records and ensure compliance with GDPR

  • Handling recruitment administration, including job adverts and compliance checks

  • Acting as the first point of contact for staff queries

  • Assisting with reporting, audits, and policy implementation

About you:

  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience working in HR

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and other stakeholders.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing

  • Proficient in MS packages, including Excel

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Strong commitment to confidentiality and impartiality
