Your role:

Join Thomas Deacon Education Trust as our HR Administrator and play a key role in supporting staff across our academies. You’ll manage HR queries, maintain accurate records, and assist with recruitment administration and payroll. You’ll be part of a supportive HR team where your attention to detail, communication skills and ability to work independently will be highly valued.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build your HR career, with the chance to complete a Level 3 HR Apprenticeship while gaining hands-on experience. Strong admin skills are essential, and while HR knowledge is a bonus, we’ll support you every step of the way. If you’re a great communicator who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a part time, flexible hybrid role. The role is fixed term for one year initially due to the pending merger with Keys Academies Trust, but there may be potential for this to be extended or be made permanent.
