At Sapientia Education Trust, our students are at the heart of everything we do, and our HR team plays a vital role in supporting the staff who make a difference every day. We are seeking an organised, proactive and professional individual to join our busy HR team as an HR Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to support a wide range of HR activities across our growing Trust.
THE ROLE
the HR Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support across the HR function, helping to coordinate recruitment activity, support employee relations processes and contribute to the effective delivery of HR services across the Trust.
The role includes the following:
- Coordinating recruitment activity, including arranging interviews and preparing recruitment documentation.
- Supporting onboarding processes and ensuring all pre-employment checks are completed.
- Preparing induction paperwork and coordinating mandatory training records.
- Providing administrative support to HR Managers and the wider HR team
- Coordinating investigations, formal meetings and casework processes
- Preparing correspondence, including meeting invitations and outcome letters.
- Taking accurate meeting notes and minutes.
- Producing reports and workforce data analysis as required
- Maintaining confidential HR records and documentation

The Sapientia Education Trust (SET) was established in 2016 with the purpose of bringing like-minded schools together to work in partnership to deliver a world class education to pupils in Norfolk and Suffolk. SET currently consists of 9 secondary schools and 14 primary schools, educating over 5,500 pupils.
