HR Advisor job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR professional to join our team at Great Heights Academy Trust. The role is supporting the HR function in delivering an outstanding HR service to the academies and designations within our Trust.

You will play a key role in proving a professional, efficient and proactive Human Resources service. Partnering with leadership across the Trust and being the first point of contact for employee matters for designated academies. Providing HR support and advice on a range of matters, ensuring high levels of accuracy and compliance whilst observing relevant staffing legislation.

Our team is looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills who can communicate effectively at all levels. You will be comfortable working productively, managing multiple tasks, concurrently and prioritising workload. Providing support and guidance on a variety of employee relation matters including, absence management, recruitment, disciplinary, conduct and performance management in-line with Trust policies and procedures.
