What we are looking for:

  • A candidate with previous HR advisory experience
  • Ability to work with people at all levels, the role does require you to work closely with senior leaders as well as current employees
  • Enthusiasm for the role and the drive to improve processes
  • Someone who is keen to progress

The role does require the post holder to have a CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards this) and a valid driving licence due to the travel required or the ability to make your own way to multiple sites.

Djanogly values are at the heart of our scholars' success and our ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to Excellence, Resilience and Innovation. At Djanogly, we:

  • Embody the belief that every child has the right to an excellent education and constantly strive to give every child the best opportunity to succeed and prosper through their contribution to the Trust.
  • Recognise and demonstrate the importance of working hard, showing resilience and paying close attention to detail to ensure every child achieves their best.
  • Strive for excellence by demonstrating a commitment to innovation, engaging in CPD and constantly striving to improve provision and outcomes for pupils.

What we can offer you:

  • A Trust and HR team who genuinely care about their employees
