HR Advisor (Maternity Cover) - based in East/Beacon House job summary
Join our team and make a difference!
We're seeking a motivated individual to join our HR team in the East region (primarily supporting academies in North East Lincolnshire/Lincolnshire) on a fixed-term secondment to cover maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR skills and help us make a positive impact on young people's lives.
You'll play a key role in supporting leaders with HR queries and casework, fostering positive relationships, and contributing to HR projects and initiatives, including wellbeing, equality and diversity, and training and development.
We're looking for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, a coaching mindset, and a passion for education.
This role is based at Beacon House, Beacon Academy (flexibility in work location but will be required to work at Beacon Academy at least 2 days/week)
