What skills and experience we're looking for

The HR Operations Lead and the CEO of SECAT are seeking to appoint an HR Advisor to provide professional, proactive and customer-focused HR advice and support across the Trust. The postholder will manage and coordinate a range of employee relations matters, support managers in the application of Trust policies and procedures and work closely with the Trust'sexternal HR advisory provider to ensure that cases are managed effectively, consistently and in accordance with employment legislation and best practice.

Essential qualifications for the role are GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above, A Levels and CIPD Level 3, along with a commitment to continuing professional development.
