Working pattern

Full time: 37 hours per week working Monday to Friday. The working hours will be based on 08:30 – 16:40 however there can be some flexibility, and these will be determined with the successful candidate alongside the needs of the department. The post is term-time plus a further four weeks to be worked during school holidays: a total of 43 weeks. Again, flexibility may be possible for the right candidate.

Actual Salary based on hours and weeks worked is calculated at £32,189- £34,733 subject to any continuous service.

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a highly organised and experienced HR advisor/administrator to join our well-established HR Team. The successful candidate will lead the operational delivery of HR services. They must also have the ability and confidence to communicate with staff at all levels and be comfortable in prioritizing a varied workload. It is also essential that the successful candidate is able to work with discretion and confidentiality.
