The Role
The Denbigh Alliance is seeking a proactive and personable HR Advisor to join our dynamic HR team and play a key role in supporting staff across our Trust’s primary schools in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting new role within the Trust, created to provide dedicated HR support to our primary phase.
As the HR Advisor for our primary schools, you’ll work closely with Headteachers and senior leaders to provide advice, guidance and hands-on support across all areas of HR. From employee relations and absence management to performance and change management, you’ll help to ensure that our staff feel supported, valued and empowered to thrive.
You’ll also contribute to wider Trust initiatives, including staff wellbeing initiatives, succession planning and the coordination of professional development. Whether it’s supporting a colleague through a challenging time or celebrating career milestones, you’ll be a trusted professional, guiding and supporting staff through every stage of their journey with us.
We are looking for someone who sees the bigger picture: that great schools are built on great people, and that your work in HR truly helps make that happen.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified (or working towards it) with a strong understanding of HR processes and employment law. Experience working in the public sector is essential and experience within the education sector is highly desirable.
