HR and Administration Assistant job summary
We are looking to recruit an HR & Admin Assistant to join our delightful village school, experience with Arbor, payroll, SCR & HR is preferable. This role is term time role, working 39 weeks per year and working Monday - Friday between 08.15-16.15.
Key responsibilities:
- To provide HR and admin support to the school.
- To provide a reception service to the school.
- To provide general admin support to the school.
- Specific responsibilities include creation and maintenance of accurate and confidential records, and complying with data protection laws.

Ightham Primary School is a happy and friendly village primary school with a real family atmosphere. We are a one form entry primary school, with seven classrooms, an ICT Suite, library, hall with fixed apparatus, and designated gardening area. We are fortunate to be situated within the second largest woodland primary school setting in Kent and have three playgrounds. We are proud to be part of the local Sevenoaks partnership working with other schools and the wider Sevenoaks community, providing a range of extra curricular opportunities to our pupils, beyond the classroom.
