Are you a confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people, building relationships and helping connect candidates with the right opportunities?
We are recruiting to a new role in our team. Our Talent Pool and Recruitment Support Assistant will help identify, engage and nurture prospective candidates across opportunities within our Trust.
You will be joining a recruitment team whose work has been nationally recognised, with the Trust winning theSchool Recruitment Award at the Education Business Awards 2026. This role will support the next stage of that work by helping us strengthen how we identify, engage and nurture prospective candidates across our Trust schools and services.
This role is focused on candidate engagement, talent attraction, vacancy promotion and social media recruitment, and would suit someone who is proactive, organised and comfortable communicating with people by email, phone and online platforms.
Working as part of The Recruitment Team, you will help us build and maintain talent pools, keep prospective candidates engaged and support the promotion of vacancies across job boards, social media and agreed recruitment platforms. You will play an important part in making sure candidates receive timely, professional and engaging communication throughout their experience with us.

This is a part-time role with flexible working hours and flexible location within a one hour commute to a Trust school.The role is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring availability to support recruitment activity.
