HR and Payroll Administrator job summary
As a HR and Payroll Administrator your primary role will be to support the HR Officer/Payroll Manager with all elements of processing the monthly payroll. The role will also involve collating data and producing reports, so proficiency in Excel and experience in other Microsoft Office tools is required. The HR office is a busy environment and outside of your core Payroll duties you will be expected to assist the HR team in a range of administrative tasks and activities as well as answering day to day queries.
Experience in education, specifically in payroll and pensions administration, would be an advantage, however an eye for detail, methodical approach to tasks, an ability to work to deadlines and within a team are the key attributes the successful candidate will need to demonstrate. This role may suit someone with a financial background looking to broaden their experience.
