In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of HR and payroll processes, offering a fantastic learning environment for someone eager to grow their career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll for multiple schools.
  • Provide HR administrative support, including recruitment, employee records, and absence management.
  • Liaise with school staff to resolve any HR or payroll queries.
  • Support in maintaining and updating HR systems and databases.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant HR policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for working in HR.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Experience in HR or payroll would be advantageous, but not essential.
