HR and Recruitment Administrator
Hours: 37 hours per week
Working Pattern Monday – Thursday 8am – 4pm and Friday 8am – 3.30pm
Weeks: 42 week (Term time plus 4)
Salary : Orbis pay scale 10-14 (£23,229 - £24,772) FTE. Pro rata salary for 42 worked weeks per annum and paid holiday entitlement £21,717 to £23,160
Pension: Generous local government pension scheme from day 1 of employment
We are seeking to appoint a highly accurate and proactive individual to support in all HR matters including recruitment and selection, new starter induction, absence management, variation and contract preparation, leaver, Single Central Record maintenance and payroll administration.
You will have a good HR administration generalist background and be confident in acting as a first point of contact for HR queries. Ideally, you will be level 3 CIPD qualified or equivalent although this is not essential and full training will be provided. We would really like to hear from applicants with an interest in recruitment.
