HR Apprentice job summary

We are seeking an organised, proactive HR Apprentice to support our HR & Payroll team and help deliver smooth, compliant and effective HR operations across the Trust. You will play a vital role in recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee relations and payroll coordination.

This role is perfect for someone who:

  • Has strong administrative skills and experience in HR or payroll

  • Communicates confidently and professionally

  • Works calmly under pressure and meets deadlines

  • Builds positive relationships across teams

  • Is committed to supporting staff wellbeing and the Trust’s values

By supporting our people operations, you will directly contribute to the success of our schools and the experience of our employees.

Your apprenticeship learning will complement your day‑to‑day responsibilities, giving you both the theory and practical experience needed to progress in the HR profession.
