What skills and experience we're looking for

Main Duties of the Role:

Your role will be to deliver an ambitious curriculum to all by providing efficient administrative support for the HR Team and college as a whole, ensuring service users are provided with key information on HR processes and procedures. To assist in the processing of employee data by utilising the Human Resources Information System.

Essential Requirement:

  • Level 3 CIPD or Business Admin
  • GCSE level standard education or equivalent (maths & English)
