We are looking to appoint a HR Assistant to join the successful Central HR Team. This is a newly developed role that will help to support and strengthen the HR Administration processes within the Trust.
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have previous administration experience in any environment.
- Have previous customer service experience that has required them to communicate and liaise with people via email or telephone.
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the HR Team by having good interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will join a friendly team that are dynamic and experienced in developing and improving systems and processes. You will be communicating with various groups of staff across the Trust and there are plenty of opportunities to learn and develop if you have an interest in HR.
