HR Business Partner job summary

Creating Tomorrow Multi-Academy Trust are looking for an experienced and talented HR professional to work across our schools in Kettering, Daventry and Luton to develop and implement our trust-wide workforce and CPD strategies. With extensive experience of managing HR in schools as well as a track record of offering excellent customer service, you will lead on the interpretation and application of our employment policies, handling, managing and advising school leaders on case work as required. In addition, you will offer advisory support to the HR administration team in the maintenance of our HR systems to meet the needs of our schools and their staff.
