What skills and experience we're looking for

If you are an experienced HR professional, deft at solving the unsolvable and defusing the undefusable, then we would love to hear from you!

At the Elliot Foundation we are passionate about creating a thriving and diverse family of schools all committed to improving outcomes for children, resourced by people who really want to make a difference within an organisation which is relentlessly positive and ambitious in approach.

We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our diverse and experienced central team, working closely alongside our London cluster of academies on all aspects of the HR life cycle and playing a pivotal role in Trust wide HR projects and development work.

The person we are looking for will have a solution focussed approach to HR with the ability to identify and manage risk effectively and will possess strong stakeholder management skills. They will be driven, proactive and above all, will believe that there is no problem so wicked or disadvantage so severe that it cannot be overcome with positivity, hard work and a dose of luck!

We can offer the opportunity to work alongside highly experienced colleagues within a supportive framework, providing opportunities for professional development and growth. No two working days will be the same and hard work goes alongside a sense of fun and comradeship amongst the central team.
