HR Director job summary

The Kingsbridge Educational Trust is a multi-academy trust of schools based in Milton Keynes. Formed in September 2016, the Trust currently operates schools across Milton Keynes, Central Bedfordshire and Bedford Borough.

We are looking for a Director of Human Resources who will be responsible for the Human Resources function across the Trust. Qualified to a minimum of CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, the successful candidate will ideally have experience in the education sector and be familiar with the Teachers and Local Government Terms and Conditions of Service. We are looking for someone who has the skills, drive and enthusiasm to be part of an innovative senior team at an exciting time in the Trust’s development.
