Chiltern Way Academy Trust (CWAT) is an Ofsted 'Outstanding' academy, providing cutting edge and transformational approaches to educating students with ASC and SEMH. We currently have 7 schools and campuses across Buckinghamshire, Hampshire and Wokingham.
We are looking for a true generalist who has worked in Education HR Previously with a CIPD level 7 qualified, pro-active and well organised HR Manager to work in our busy, fast paced HR team. You must be a team player and happy to muck in within the administration team. You will be working alongside our current HR Director, HR Administrators and Senior HR Administrator to support and lead resolutions to HR issues, Employee queries, supporting Managers, Absence Management, Recruitment and all facets of HR across the Trusts schools.
You would need to have a proven track record of working at the level of a HR Manager. You will need experience with leading teams. You will need to, demonstrated flexibility and adaptability. Working in HR within an education environment is essential, and the drive to develop yourself is a must. You will be expected to support our managers in meetings across our 8 sites, so you must have a driving license and access to a vehicle.
