Executive Assistant to CEO

This pivotal role involves managing the CEO’s diary, coordinating meetings and events, handling communications, and progressing key actions and issues. You will act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a professional and responsive service at all times.
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide confidential, high-level support to the CEO. This pivotal role involves managing the CEO’s diary, coordinating meetings and events, handling communications, and progressing key actions and issues. You will act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a professional and responsive service at all times.
The successful candidate will have significant experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments, excellent communication and IT skills, and the ability to manage a small team. A Level 4 Business Administration qualification or equivalent experience is essential.
