HR Manager job summary
We are looking for an experienced, on site, HR professional. Ideally you will be someone who already works in education and who is looking for professional development and advancement.
As the HR Manager you will work closely with the Director of HR to provide a high‑quality and efficient HR service across the School, delivering effective administrative support through every stage of the employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in ensuring the school is fully compliant and offers colleagues clear, competent, empathetic support and guidance. You will have experience of hands-on people management, wellbeing, support and know when to be reactive and when to consider responses carefully. Interviews will seek out professionals who understand school HR processes/requirements.
You will be joining a hard working, fun team in the heart of Chiswick West London. Transport links are excellent with Chiswick railway station 5 min walk away and tube stations at Chiswick High Street.
This role will be a platform for someone to eventually move into the Director of HR role.
